"We stayed in a suite it was nice we had a cieling fan wich helped keep the very large room cold. It was clean and the bed very comfortable. The room had a separate jacuzzi hot tub that was so relaxing after a long day. The breakfast could of been better the only things edible was the waffles, oatmeal and toast."

"Lloyd, the hotel staff member was helpful, friendly, but also respectfully of guest privacy. I called before my arrival because I was not sure if I could arrive around midnight based on my flight time. He was warm, stating "I was expecting your call" and he made me feel welcome and right at home. The bed was super comfortable. From the deer in the yard and being surrounded by tall trees, the place provided the right atmosphere for a relaxing, peaceful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in recharging. The community has everything to offer of a city with a small town feel."

"This was a perfect weekend getaway. We didn’t travel far, just from Baton Rouge, but it was nice getting out of the city and having a new scenery. It is close enough to Hammond in case you want to go do some shopping, eating etc. The beds were very comfy and I really liked this home and property, I liked it so much, now I’m on realtor.com looking up property, wishful thinking! I highly recommend this cottage!"
