Wonderful hotel!!! The only complaint I had was the roosters in the mornings starting at 3:00 am every morning up on the 12th floor! Also if u are visiting and planning on getting a rental car, make sure you purchase the rental insurance! While we used the valet parking our vehicle had been attempted to be broken into and damaged!! The hotel IS NOT RESPONSIBLE abs they will make you fully aware of it!!!

Unless you are going to stay at the resort all day, and not explore the island or book any activities/ excursions then you could easily stay at a hotel and not a resort as during my stay I booked excursions and didn’t get a chance to use the pools, or gym. Therefore paying the resort fee was not needed. Staff were friendly and nice. The resort itself was clean. The concierge was great to have on site!

What I really loved of the whole experience is the the front desk was able to upgrade me to an amazing view at a discount everything about the hotel was amazing forsure will be returning !

The location of this hotel was fantastic - we were able to walk everywhere without a problem - food, shopping, beach, etc. We did rent a car and the valet was fabulous - they were always very kind and had our car ready when we called for it. Our rooms were cleaned every day and our housekeeper made sure we always had what we needed. I loved that you could get towels, boogie boards or chairs with amenity fee - that was a bonus! The tower we stayed in was a little set back from the actual ocean, but it was great nontheless. Perfect for me and my son and a week in paradise! I would recommend a stay here!!

Great room and staff. Would be 5 stars but the on property restaurants were not appealing. Dirty ceiling at the entrance of the steak and sushi restaurants. Did’t eat at the property but plenty of other good choices within walking distance. Loved LuLu’s

Had a nice stay overall at this property. Staff were very friendly and happy with the amenities offered. Some drawbacks would be construction being taken place during our stay affecting our room without notice. Also, some confusion with the $100 resort credit. I was told it could be used at any restaurant on site, when I went to check out, I did not receive the credit. Once I questioned where was my credit, was told it was only for one restaurant. Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping came to our room everyday and did a good job.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff is so helpful and they do it with a smile! Very clean very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. Everything you need is in walking distance as well.

The hotel was good overall. Rooms were clean, the view was amazing. The restaurants were good. The shops were good the concierge in the hotel was the best one on Waikiki beach. Surfboard rentals across the street were $35 for the day. House keeping was on point each day. The negatives were the elevators. 3-5 minutes every time we used them because there were no dedicated elevators for the top floors. And parking was insanely overpriced especially when the valet service doesn’t answer their phone leaving waiting for your car for several minutes any time you needed it. And why is valet parking outside, And not in the garage? And additional fee’s seem excessive since you’re already paying to stay there but I’m guess that’s a blue state norm. ($900 in fee’s over a 7 day stay)

I loved every bit of my short stay at the Hilton, it’s to expect that it would be a little over priced being that it is a resort and not all inclusive, But the pool, hot tub, and spacious room was worth it. The fact that you can literally walk to the beach was great as well. And the ABC stores are a plus when you need something on the fly. Wish I had a longer stay but Mahalo for the hospitality from the staff. 🤗

I truly enjoyed my time at Wikiki resort. I would revisit this establishment. The staff were friendly, the rooms were up to date and cleaned daily by staff. It is in the perfect location for shopping and eating out. If I could change one thing it would be the early morning workouts that happened in the common area. The instructors were loud and that at times disrupted my sleep. This happened every morning during my stay. Other than that I absolutely LOVED this resort!
