Perfect for families looking for vacation in Waikiki, or business travelers wanting a hassle-free stay. Relaxing two full sized beds awaits you alongside an inviting vanity/work station, as well as a modernized shower. The Island Colony itself offers large pool and recreation deck, gym, 24-hour security, all within close proximity to the beach - less than 10 minutes walking distance away! Common Area: \*Two full size bed. \*Built-in bedside USB charging stations. \*Vanity mirror, dedicated work area & desk. \*Split AC System for your comfort. \*Free Wifi throughout the unit and building. Kitchen: \*Full kitchen with full size refrigerator. \*Induction cooktop. \*Cooking utensils & condiments. \*Coffee maker. \*Hot water kettle. \*Microwave and a toaster. \*Plates, bowls & utensils. \*Cleaning supplies Bathroom: \*Walk-in shower. \*Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. \*Hair dryer. \*Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths. \*Beach towels. Patio: \*Outdoor patio. \*Beach chairs & umbrella. The Island Colony Condominium is a place like home. You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor. Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am-9pm (located on the 6th floor). There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay as well as waiver needs to be signed at the front desk for checkout. Parking is paid for $47 per 24 hours to the attendant. There is a rental car place downstairs of the building that should be a good option to renting a car onsite. Parking area has a height limit of 6 ft 2 inches. There is also a Biki station nearby which is Hawaii’s bike share program. The beach is about a 5-10 minutes walk away. Everything else in Waikiki is walking distance as you explore the shops and restaurants. Should you need any help with some, please feel free to contact me on Airbnb or by text/phone call. I can also assist with recommendations and help with the planning process of your trip. The Island Colony is located in central Waikiki, a block away from the International Market place and tons of restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minute stroll away. Be right in the middle of it! Parkings is offered by the building at $47 per day, however if you\`re just planning to stay within Waikiki, everywhere is pretty much walkable, or a short Biki (our bike share)ride away. Other ways to get around is the Waikiki Trolley and the Bus, which has stops all along Kuhio Avenue. Additionally if you decide to book with us we also have a rental car available on a car share program, that includes parking in the building. Please inquire after booking. \*Please note that any guest registration submitted within 48 hours of check-in will incur a $10 late submission fee. This policy is enforced by the building to help prevent check-in line congestion and minimize delays. Late submissions will result in guests being asked to wait until those with timely registrations are assisted. \- For same-day bookings, we’ll coordinate directly with the front desk to register your reservation promptly.
