Not informed that the pool and full rec deck would be closed (no discounted offered) for months, was told they didn't have our contact info...dealt with smells from the remodeling. Were told only 1 roll of tp issued to room, if more needed you must buy. Toliet broken, tv remote broken, light bulb out, moldy caulking along the bathtub, noisy air conditioner.
