"We had a wonderful 28 days at this beautiful home! This was our 3rd stay! We especially enjoyed the beautiful view, orchard with fresh fruits and the hot tub! The home was clean and had everything we needed! We enjoyed Honokaa and the Hamakua golf course too!! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are already booked to come back next year!! We also want to thank Marcus and Shigeko for being so welcoming and helpful! "

"As advertised, the staff is exemplary! All you need to do is ask and a member of the staff will fulfill your request quickly. We had a problem with our TV and they replaced the entire TV in about 15 minutes. The staff has a sense of pride when it comes to making sure everything works at Mauna Kea and that all of your needs are met! Our room was meticulously cleaned daily and again, you can ask housekeeping for anything and they will respond to the request promptly. You won't find a better beach than the one at Mauna Kea Beach. It's an all sand beach as far as you can walk out into the ocean. I highly recommend the Mauna Kea Beach hotel and will return there in the future. "
