"Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing ..."
