Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Deco was super cute. The harbour view suite was not the one pictured/sold to me on expedia. It was smaller with a little balcony. The hotel website has the correct pictures and information with a virtual tour. It was still lovely with some nice welcome gifts. Location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping. I will be back!

The hotel rooms are somewhat outdated, but I lucked out with an upgrade to a top-floor room boasting an amazing view. Despite this, the exceptional location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than compensate. It's situated in a very convenient and vibrant area, teeming with dining options and places to enjoy drinks. Highly recommended

Great location. Dining options galore at every price point. Courteous and efficient staff. My only (minor) complaint? The room was tiny. Not really much to be done about that. It would have been great for a single person, but tight for two.

Overall, I was pleased with my overnight layover stay. The room provides excellent value given Hong Kong prices, offering a clean and convenient location. It's very practical. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a walkable 15-minute distance from Central Station; however, if you have heavy luggage, you may want to consider taking a cab for around 50 Hong Kong dollars, as the distance involves several stairs along your way to the hotel.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants nearby, but they’re expensive. McDonald’s, about a 10 minute walk, is located on Queen’s Road Central. Gym is ok, but they need some heavier weights. Though the bathroom is nice, remainder of room was just average.

very used room, would need renovation, does not match the price. The bathroom is very outdated and the shower curtain that sticks to your feet when showering is disgusting. the silicone around the tub was probably made by an amateur. In the bathroom, you can't even put anything down by the sink, there's no space. I paid extra for a harbor view and looked at the building instead. Maybe it was the view from the higher floors. I was on the 14th floor.

Good location Convenient and safe I used Expedia to enjoy vip excess but no benefit otherwise I use other company more reasonable. When I have a breakfast I didn’t know that they charge me coffee apart from food. Explains were not enough. Who can expect in hotel breakfast pay food and coffee? And coffee was not refillable and small paper cup only. Other than that staff was nice and good location.

I liked my room a lot - it had a fantastic harbour view. The room was beautifully decorated and had free Elemis products. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful - they gave me excellent transport guidance and recommended places to visit, which I wouldn't have found myself. There was free coffee/tea/snacks on tap all day, and free red and white wine during the early evening. The service was impeccable. I would go there again

The lady at reception did not display any customer service upon our arrival. We just came from travelling and commuted to the hotel. We had not book any reservations prior to arrival. Subsequently, I had booked my reservation online and it was only during the check-in process was when she displayed customer service as their is a recording feature on the tablet. Her name tag was Joanna. After a long flight, it would be recommended for the staff to treat their customers accordingly.

It is a horribile experience. My Mibox remoter (around 6 GBP) is lost after the daily clean on 1st Oct. The hotel staff had a deep search in the room and nothing is found. They told me they would contact the cleaner next day, but I will check out and leave HK on 2nd. After the early morning check out, the receiption told me they need time to search for the remoter. I asked what the hotel would do if nothing would be found in the end. The reception just said they would need time and we would wait and see. In the end the remoter is not found, but hotel refused on compensation.

Small but awesome!
The rooms are tiny, but what it lacks in spaciousness, the property more than makes up for it in service and character. It's a hotel with a big heart! The location is a plus as it is so close to plenty of local, independent eateries and transport options. (If you are navigating to the hotel for the first time, especially from the airport, just tell the taxi driver Aberdeen Street rather than Kau U Fong, as the latter confuses them a bit.)

The photo shown is very deceptive as the room and washroom were very small. A number of items didn’t work properly. The air conditioner was either on or off, you could not adjust the temperature even though there was a temperature knob. The building is due for an update and carpets were very dirty
