The rooms are absolutely stunning, well-appointed, beautifully decorated with attention to detail and lovely little extra touches. "The hotel is very homey and the staff make you feel as though you are family and not just a tourist. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. It did get quite chilly there at night, but McCloud was happy to put a space heater in our room to keep us comfortable. Ms. Machudu is a wonderful cook and the love the she puts into her dishes is noted in every bite. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The tents were in good condition the beds were super comfy and it was suitable for our stay.. a small fridge in the room would be good and a tea and coffee station would also be appreciated. In one of the tents the duvet had been burnt which made the sleep a little uncomfortable but on a whole we were super happy.. the staff were all super friendly and helpful. "
