"Thermostat was on a sensor and could not be turned off. Throughout the night, the room kept getting warm until I had to get up so the sensor detected me and the air conditioning turned on."

"Air conditioner was fine, parking was good, room was missing face clothes and hand towels, would have been nice to have few things the plastic silverware or extra microwave in breakfast area and better snack items in machines. Check in staff was great, Joe was very nice, efficient and polite."

"Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago."
