"I stayed at the Extended Stay America at 4060 Center Park Drive and the experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. After traveling since 3 AM, they gave me keys to the wrong room, which led to me accidentally trying to enter someone else’s room — embarrassing and completely avoidable. The hallway had trash on the floor, and the correct room smelled so bad I had to buy a deodorizer just to tolerate it. The TV was a hit or miss and eventually stopped working, and the bed felt like a flimsy cot. Noise was an issue too — I had to call the front desk at 1 AM because the people above me were stomping nonstop. Then checkout was just as frustrating. I was told I’d get my deposit refund email after housekeeping finished at 8:30 AM, but even after 5 PM nothing came. I had to call them myself while traveling all day just to get the email they should’ve sent automatically. This trip was important to me, and the hotel added stress at every turn. Some kind of consideration for all the trouble would’ve been appropriate."

"This property is run down and dated, but we found it clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast was actually quite good and had several hot and cold choices. Small inconvieniences were that the hot tub was out of order and we didn't know that ahead of time and the batteries were not installed in our safe. Staff was friendly all around."

Should have checked reviews… Tv didn’t work, stains on all of the sheets/ towels, dust bunnies on the ceiling, all of the room keys stopped working, no mini fridge in room as described, added late check out and was told no, could hear banging, people yelling, sirens all night. Plus some people just sleeping in their car… "

Suggestion: the hotel design is confusing and badly needs signs pointing out the route to the lobby. Every hallway looks the same. I got lost. "
