8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (86 reviews)
The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not). My only issue was they didn’t seem too happy we were staying there. Maybe they don’t like Americans. Idk but we were quiet and polite, yet I felt like we were criminals.

"Well, let’s just say the pool was freezing. The chairs were torn up by the pool that need replaced and the air-conditioning in the room did not work which I had on 16°C and it felt like 82°F all night, which I got a sinus infection so it wasn’t very very happy about that. At least the breakfast was ..."
