We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October This property has a 7-night stay requirement. This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was the perfect location for my husband, son and daughter. We had several friends visit during our stay. the only thing that really needed to be changed was the pool was really hot. I enjoyed the layout of the house. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen, and throughout (besides extra sheets). We did not use the pool as it didn't have a fun vacation vibe (high walls around it), but we prefer the beach scene anyways. Condo was on the corner of the public beach so it was quite noisy starting at 7am (Spring Break). We enjoyed the beach chairs with wheels since we had to walk past the busyness of the beach for a spot. ##### Melissa V. Makes it look like a hi-rise, which it's not. Stairwell to entry was disgusting, looks like its never been swept/cleaned, banister sticky, overhead light barely provided light. Once inside the Condo and the pool it was all we could ask for except there were no blankets on the beds, just a sheet? None in closet in main room. Guest was asleep in other room so we couldn't look for a blanket till the next morning. Had to use beach towels for blankets. This was so minor, did not deter from our stay. Location is everything and this Condo gets a 10 on that. If back in the area we would not hesitate to stay here again. ##### Paula S. You don’t even have to use your car ever! Walk across the street to the amazing beach with a tiki bar and great music some food and drinks. Hop on the trolley right from there and head to Bridge Street for shopping, drinks, food, and more music! Venture the other way and more food, drinks and shopping!
