This house was just right for our little family! Clean, well stocked, great location, pool was wonderful, owners had great communication. It was so nice to be able to come to the beach and everything already be here: beach chairs, kitchen items, linens. The location was wonderful just right down the street and close to restaurants/store. Definitely would like to come back!

#### Island time with great location!
We stayed for over a week and the home did not disappoint. There were ample sleeping accommodations for all of us and everything we needed to cook our own meals. The host provided beach essentials (wagon, chairs, beach toys, etc) which was an added bonus. The heated pool in the backyard was the icing on the cake. With the temps in the low to mid 70's we were comfortable able to use the pool anytime of day. Being only a couple blocks from beach access allowed for easy walks to the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

#### Perfect home away from home...we loved it!
We absolutely loved this charming bungalow. The house is decorated so cute and homey, and it was so well appointed, everything we needed was already there...bed linens, bath towel, beach towels, all cooking equipment and dishes, beach fun supplies, bikes...you name it! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and so nice for the kids to be able to continue to swim when the grown-ups have had enough of the beach and sun. This is our 2nd year enjoying your lovely home and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful small cottage with amazing private pool area. The pool area feels like you're in the middle of the jungle, despite being in the middle of town. Cottage is at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Property manager/owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Quick 4-5 minute walk to a quieter part of the beach (no public beach parking in the immediate area). Will stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. The house is located at the end of a quiet street so there was zero traffic/noise. The owner was so easy to work with. The house has beach bikes, a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, everything you need for the beach. The backyard/pool is completely private - surrounded by beautiful tropical trees/plants. We loved our vacation here and can’t wait to go back!

#### Fantastic Anna Maria vacation
Just got back from a wonderful week with our boys (ages 2 and 5) in Anna Maria Island. This property was perfect for us - spacious, very clean, and well-stocked with everything for a great vacation. The owner was extremely helpful and well organized and available to answer all our questions. We really appreciated all the toys - pool, beach and inside toys and games - that kept our kids occupied. The beach was a very short walk, made especially convenient by the beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas provided. We will definitely be back.

Even better than it looks in pictures! The pool is a beautifully landscaped private oasis that could be in any home magazine. The home is spacious and cheerfully decorated. The location is awesome at the end of a dead end road so it's very quiet and peaceful. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks, and Original Sand Dollar were some of our nearby favorites. Owner is very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

#### Perfect for our family of four
We just returned from a week stay in AMI. We loved the open layout, everyone had their own space to sleep and have downtime. There were pool floats & boogie boards at the house to use for the pool and beach time. We used the beach cart on our walks to and from the beach which is only a few minutes away. The beach access is less crowded than public access by far! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and miss it already! The check in/out process was so easy too! Check out the Ugly Grouper for a meal- just a few blocks down the road

#### Perfect for my family!
Hello. We have been visiting Anna Maria Island for 10 years. Each place we stay is different, and each place has been on the mainland. This year we decided to stay on the island. This property was perfect for my family of four! Each of my boys had their own private room, which my teenager loved. The biggest attractions for my family was the heated pool and the incredible three minute walk to the beach! Just loaded the wagons and cooler, and we had our feet in sand in no time! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location to the park with basketball and pickleball. We know the island well, and our favorite restaurants were within minutes. The owner was friendly, reachable and returned our texts promptly with questions we had. We can't thank him enough for hosting! We will definitely seek this property again when we return!
