Gather in the spacious BBQ area to enjoy delicious meals under the warm Florida sun or beneath a sky filled with stars. With an ambiance of coastal tranquility, this home offers the perfect escape for relaxing, reconnecting, and creating lasting memories by the sea.  
  
Located on Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach Shores places you just steps away from pristine white sands and the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Embrace the island's laid-back charm as you explore delightful local eateries, scenic walking paths, and nearby natural gems like Bean Point—an idyllic spot to savor serene sunsets and immerse yourself in true coastal tranquility.  
  
WILDLIFE WARNING  
The beachside is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including sea turtles and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.  
  
POOL HEATING  
The pool is available year-round. There is a $140/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.  
  
NO BLACKOUT SHADES  
Please note that there are no blackout shades in the home, so some light may come through in the early morning from the windows and glass door.  
  
NO PETS  
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
