The lift was not working when we try to use it and there was golf cart park by the house but was not available for use or no keys, it would have been nice to get in or around camp. "Roaches and bugs in every room. A failing refrigerator that ruined our groceries. The house was clearly dirty and poorly maintained.While Kolk Realty refunded the cleaning fee and grocery bill, the infestation requires far more than a simple spray; we had to use our own Raid just to cope. Communication with management was dismissive and condescending.This trip was a complete disaster. We will never stay at a Kolk Realty property again."

"Been coming to Topsail/Surf City for over 20 yrs. Rented several properties but this VRBO location is the only one I will stay at in the future. This property has been our family’s spring break for the last 4 yrs. Everything you could want and more. Ted Waltz is an excellent communicator and the property is immaculate and the perfect location for dining out, beach, pool and shopping. "
