You can relax at the beach or at the community swimming pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi-level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away. Enjoy ocean views from everywhere in this open living and dining space. The comfortably furnished living room offers amazing views from the large sliders that access the covered oceanfront porch. Management company not helpful This is a beautiful location and complex with excellent ocean views and lovely grounds. The interior of the condo needs to be upgraded. Bathrooms and sinks look outdated and worn. Living room couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. Outdoor furniture rusting. Would suggest that owner allow renters to use the password to the unit router. Guest internet is interminably slow. Realtor gives out incorrect log in information for the internet. Realtor unaware that parking passes are not needed after Labor Day. Cable TV went out on day 8 of our10 day stay. HOA stated that only the owner could get the boxes/cable reinstated. Realtor said it was the HOA's problem. Either way no TV for 2 nights, no offer of reimbursement and no repair. Not what you want during the baseball playoff season when you are married to a sports nut. Seems like the Realtor and the HOA are not on the same page. Very frustrating. ##### Ann K. Interior furnishings were all good and as pictured online. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes - even some condiments and cleaning liquids. A few things less than satisfactory: 1\. While ocean front deck was awesome, deck furnishings were rusted (round table and 4 chairs), broken (plastic Adirondack chair) - but one large wooden rocking chair was great. 2\. Kitchen dishes, flatware and cookware in the drawers and cabinets were not clean. There was hardened food or some kind of particles on everything we initially pulled out of the drawers, and the first few plates and mugs we started to use, so we just decided not to trust anything being ckean and washed everything we pulled out to use. Maybe the dishwasher is just not getting them clean, but they were put back in the cabinets and drawers like that. Might need to check that dishwasher. 3\. Noise. I do not know if we had extremely heavy people upstairs or if there is just no space or insulation between their floor and our ceiling. And they were very active. They walked from one end of their unit to the other. Constantly. Literally. We are watching TV or working online, etc., and they walked from the deck area thru the living room towards kitchen and bathroom, back to living room and back around 5 to 6 times before settling somewhere. Then do it again. We heard them talking. We heard them in bed above us. Never heard them partying, and they usually were quiet by10 or 11 pm or so. They did not yell, or anything - we could hear them just talking. Even hear some of what they said. That's why I think it is a lack of insulation or something like that between the floor and ceiling. Overall, we did enjoy our vacation. Thank you for making check in and check out so easy. ##### Dean M.
