Large oceanfront decks provide sweeping ocean views and space to stretch out and bask in the sun. Parking is located underneath the home along with a private enclosed outdoor shower. Welcoming you into the home are light, airy beach colors and decorations to complete your stay at the beach. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level. Bedroom one is located just to your right as you enter the home. In here you will find a queen and twin bed, along with access to the ocean side porch through a sliding glass door. There is a bathroom on the opposite side of the hallway that is shared with bedroom three. Moving down the hallway brings you past the laundry area and to bedroom two on your right. This bedroom also has a queen and twin bed with access to the oceanside deck. Bedroom two is a master suite with its own private bath and vanity area. Bedroom three is located at the end of the hallway and has a double and twin bed. All of the lower level bedrooms have televisions. Upstairs opens into an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room area. The fully equipped kitchen has an eat-in bar space and continues into the dining area where you can view the ocean right from the table! Sliding glass doors provide access to the top deck with gorgeous views of the ocean as well. The fourth and final bedroom is located to the rear of the living room with a shared bath, queen bed and television. On the top deck you will find ample seating to enjoy the sun and ocean views. On the bottom deck you can relax in the shade on the swing. You are just a short walk to the beach as this house is located directly across the street from beach access. At this property, you truly are just steps away from serenity at the seaside. Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge. Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean. Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles.
