House is located in a well-established residential area with sidewalks. The house is very nice and comfortable. We had 2 families and there was plenty of room for everyone at the large dining room table and the large sectional couch. Kitchen is well stocked and the patio pool area is very relaxing. We loved that all 3 bedrooms and patio have a tv, which is very convenient. The one thing I noticed is the carpets are well worn and are lifted on the edges, which I tripped over a few times. There is one bedroom on one side that uses a beautiful guest bathroom near the kitchen and the 2 other bedrooms share the excellent designed master bathroom. There are four sliding doors that go to the pool patio. Overall, we really loved this home and would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area. We had more than enough space. The house had all the essentials needed, and included a few extras. We stayed a week and some of us never wanted to leave during the days. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms and closets were nice sized as well. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, besides the fact we stayed during the week of July 4\. 🎆 The pool area was wonderful and is where we spent most of our time. It is very private. The pool cleaner showed up to clean the pool. He did ask first if we minded. He was such a nice guy. We had great conversation and he told us alot about the area. Unfortunately the lawn guy also showed up while we were all outside relaxing in the pool and we had a lot of the yard dust blown on us. We did have trouble getting the pool lights on, but after reaching out to homeowner, they responded quickly to let us know they were not working. We did have some wild animals visit the backyard that we don't see in Mi and that was awesome!! The dog at the home next door was a little aggressive and ran into the gate a few times our dog was out. Overall our stay was 10/10 and would recommend to everyone. The house was very clean and comfortable, and Brandi was super responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Our son especially loved swimming at night, and it was such a treat to relax outside and play the Nintendo Switch. The pool area is smaller than we expected, but was still really nice. Overall we had a great stay. One of the best stocked places we’ve ever stayed too!
