Great hospitality by this place. Friendly staff and nice facility. We arrived early and were able to check in without any hassle. We stayed here last time we visited Hoi An 5 years ago and decided to book again for the price, service and quality we received. This time wasn’t an exception. Same great quality and services. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely place great location nice and helpful staff
Lovely little place. Staff are lovely and v helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good location. Bikes available to hire (30.000 vnd per day) but th old town is in easy walking distance (10 mins to the border of the old town, 20 mins to the river). The owner/receptionist arranged a great tour for me to try out bamboo boats. Also arranged the airport shuttle to Danang. Everything very reasonably priced. Would happily have stayed longer.

This was a great place to stay! Only 10min walk into the old town and all the staff and super friendly and helpful =) we only spent 1 night here as i had other locations booked but next time would definitely spend the entire time at Pham Gia

The property is very well taken care of. Nice environment with plants and flowers, and far from the messy and "not so nice" ambiance of the nearby streets. The staff is very friendly and efficient. 10/10. What I don't like? Maybe will find out next time. :-)

Staying at Pham Gia Boutique Resort was wonderful experience. You were treated like family. The resort was spotless, the room was large with a excellent bed. Good breakfast, nice pool and they had scooters and bikes to rent at a reasonable rate. Location is a 15min walk to Old town. Definitely would stay again if returning to Hoi An!

Wonderful stay in Hoi an
Ty and his family made us very welcome, home from home. We made use of his offer of a meet and greet taxi service from Da Nang airport which was very reasonable (about £11 sterling) The Villa is in easy walking distance to old Hoi An and is located in a slightly less busy area. The room was very comfortable and our stay was relaxing. Ty and his family were able to answer any questions and we felt well looked after. Tourist note: Old Hoi An can get busy. We got up early and started our look around about 8am. It was very peaceful, starts to get busy about 9.30

Lovely homestay
This is a lovely place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and we were even offered to share a Christmas Eve meal with the family. This is a great location if your are planning to bike around the city and to the beach. A little far if you are planning to walk.

Owners were genuinely courteous and helpful. Location is walking distance to Ancient Town, but quiet at night. Room was spacious. Bathroom was very clean with modern fixtures. Enjoyed our stay. They will reserve a car to the airport for a reasonable price.

SUPER friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, and it’s in a great location. You can rent scooters and bikes on the facility for very cheap. Overall i would highly recommend! If i’m ever in Hoi An again we will definitely be back!!

The Pham Gia Homestay Is like an oasis in the area. The family run business treat all their guests well, like they are part of their family. During our stay Thy, who with his wife, catered for all our needs, organising taxis and booking trips, nothing seemed too much trouble. Our room was lovely and clean, we had fresh towels and shampoos every day, and we also had a mini bar and snacks. Our breakfasts,comprising fresh fruits and omelettes, were great. You could also make other selections which were all freshly prepared. After a busy day of visiting the town or beach it as great to know a comfortable bed awaited. The hotel was a 10-20 minute walk to the old town of Hoi An and around 3km from the beach.

Extremely warm welcome on arriving, nothing was to much trouble everything was spotlessly clean a good breakfast time selection of food, pool available. Approximately 10 minutes walk to the old town and river markets and waterfront, bicycles available if required. we would highly recommend the Pham Gia boutique hotel and have no hesitation in staying again.

Love the homely feel of the homestay. The room is clean and neat. There is a bit of musty smell though perhaps because of the weather in Hoi An. I would definitely stay over if i visit Hoi An again.

This was lovely and family run! They let us check in early and booked our transport onto the next place, they also let us return to the property to shower before we took the night bus. The staff were very friendly, the property was clean and the breakfast was nice.

Fantastic choice for Hoi An!
My husband and I stayed at this family run boutique (it really is boutique!) for seven nights while we were visiting Hoi An. We loved it:). The beds and shower were the best we had in our five months travelling around Asia. The family and staff run a wonderful little hotel on a nice quiet street that is an easy walk or bike ride to the riverfront tourist area. I broke a big plate that was in the room and they wouldn’t let me pay for it. They couldn’t have been nicer about it. The breakfast was really delicious with fresh food and good choices. One word. Bacon! The staff was friendly and unintrusive. The pool was immaculate and refreshing. Very reasonable price for quality stay.

Amazing overall. The owner is a really good guy who has put together a beautiful Homestay. Very clean, big room, with a beautiful bathroom. This room was everything thing we could have wanted and more. Quality of a 3-4 star hotel at a 2 star price. Loved it!!!! Impeccable service and location was perfect to walk to tourist areas. Bikes were free to rent. Breakfast was included. Laundry service was provided if desired. Highly recommend and we would be back!

Best Hotel in Hoi an
As soon as you walk in the door the front desk greets you with a smile and makes you feel at home. The hotel rooms are very spacious, the ac is comfortable, the wifi is fast, the rooms are CLEAN!!! So clean!! The bathroom is perfect and the shower has great pressure and the hot water works great! The breakfast in the hotel is delicious. I looked forward to it everyday. The location of the hotel is 15 min away from ancient town or only a less than a dollar grab drive into the ancient town or beach. The bike rental is a fair price as well as everything in the mini bar. I have been in Vietnam for one month now and have stayed in different hotels both fancy and mid range. This hotel has been the best one by far and I even extended my stay for two more days. The family at the hotel cares about your stay and they make everything possible for you to be comfortable. I stayed in room 203. Thank you for having me!

Nice and convenient stay.
Very welcoming family, and you don't feel disturbed by their presence at anytime. The property is not luxurious, but very functional and comfortable, and kept clean at all times. Many bikes are available for rent, some of them premium quality (same low price), which you can take for a short ride to the beach. Old town is walking distance (10-15min), with plenty of restaurants/cafés in between. The pool is also clean and welcoming after a few hours walking in the hot weather. Breakfast buffet is basic, but delicious and plentiful. In summary, very good value for the money, for travelers on a budget.

Fantastic Value
This Home stay is a real diamond. It represents great Value for money with very high levels of service. Our three days at Pham Gia Homestay in Hoi An were wonderful. If you want to relax beside the pool or explore the beauty that is Hoi An it is difficult to think of a better alternative than Pham Gia. Very Clean, with staff that are super friendly.

Fabulous Place to Stay in Hoi An
Pham Gia offers the best advantages of both a hotel and homestay. It is a beautiful, professionally run homestay-- my room was simply beautiful with all of the amenities of a hotel and the personal touches (not too personal though) of a homestay. The free breakfast was lovely and filling and the staff was friendly and knew who I was; when I asked for a recommendation of a short cooking course that I could take the next day, they immediately set it up. And the hotel has a great location. I will stay here again.

The location of this hotel is really good, only a 15 minute walk to the old town and lots of lovely local restaurants / shops nearby! The room was very clean and great prices on the mini bar, cheaper than restaurants. We organised our airport transfer both ways won the hotel, a lot cheaper than taxis and grab. Awesome experience. Very well maintained premises with a homely touch. Located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the town centre and Ancient Town. Eversmiling staff to cater to your personal preferences. Breakfast spread was the perfect start to the day, wholesome and so very much like home. Lovely little hotel
Love this place nice helpful people, 15 mins walk into tourist area of town, lovely modern clean rooms, great shower and good breakfast and swam in the pool each day when we came back, good laundry service too. Excellent value for money

Excellent stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Pham Gia. The staff was so friendly and inviting, the room was lovely, the breakfast was good, and the location was quiet but still close (10 minute walk) to most things you'd want to do in Ancient Town. They also had great recommendations for restaurants! The only thing I'd mention is that there is a midnight curfew, so if you're planning on partying, this is not the place for you!

Lovely stay with the nicest staff
Our favorite place we stayed on our 2 week Vietnam trip! The staff was really sweet (giving us a warm welcome, helping us book a taxi for a day trip very last minute, etc) and the room was huge and very clean! We loved staying a little out of Old Town as it was an easy walk and gave us a little more peace and quiet. Nice breakfast!

A perfect stay at Pham Gia
My husband and I just left and we can't say enough wonderful things about Pham Gia. Mr.T and his whole team go out of their way to ensure every guest has a great time during their stay. The villa is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was served every morning and was delicious. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town/river but the neighborhood felt very safe. The villa even arranged a ride for us to the airport for a small fee. Amazing value for money - highly recommend!

Pham Gia is safe, clean and modern
This is a safe, clean, modern place to stay with Smart TV, and internet. The family is always ready with the complimentary hot breakfast. It is a bit more expensive than the hostals but you get what you pay for in this case. It is a great place to stay also because it is close to everything. You can walk but you may also rent a bicycle or motor bike. I highly recommend staying here.
