Nice hotel, very quiet and clean, housekeeping staff is awesome ... small issue arose, however, manager was very helpful in resolving, so no real issues in the end.

Beautiful hotel foyer with Mongolian artifacts and staff in traditional style clothing. The room was comfortable and the cleaner became our best friend. I want to revisit again

We arrived late on both nights and basically only using hotel to take a bath and sleep. Not really using the facilities which was a regret.
We ordered room services and foot massages in room, satisfaction levels were low
It was an excellent they maintain please and you feel like a king when you stay there considering the price was only under $100 USD. Feels great to have a steam and Jacuzzi in the morning when you wake up

No power from 1:00am - 5:30am
The bed was not comfortable and the hotel turns the power off every night from 1:00am - 5:30am. I woke up at 4:00am to pack/get ready for a 7:00am flight and had to get ready in the dark.
The entire experience was first class. The hotel is well designed, well maintained and the staff were delightfully attentive and professional.

Not really what I expected
The reception staff were just useless, it took over 30 minutes to check in and we were the only folk there. Although the spoke English it was as if they had learnt only those phrases that were standard. Luckily my I was with a Chinese person but even that didn't speed them up! We were checking in quite late but the restaurant was still open. I failed to enjoy the stone cold steak that they served and my friend left most of the noodle dish as it tasted too bad. The waiter tried his best to help us but the kitchen staff were clearly hopeless. The number for room service was never answered and the person on the general number spoke no English. After a conversation in Chinese resulted in a promise to deliver the requested food there was a call 10 minutes later to say that room service had finished for the day. This at 9 PM! This is NOT a 4 star Hotel, it looks like one but it offers 2 star service There are no restaurants nearby and the road outside looked like a building site so no use for an evening stroll.

Gutes Hotel wenn man in der Innenstadt sein will.Bei Durchreise in die innere Mongolei oder für die Museen sollte man eher im Osten der Stadt (zb Wanda) das Hotel wählen. Guter Service, Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schöner Ausblick über die Stadt, die Fenster müssen allerdings dringend gereinigt werden.
방을 딜럭스로 예약했는데 생각보다 매우 작았습니다. 다른 중국 손님들은 공원과 연못이 보이는 쪽 방이었는데, 익스피디아로 예약해서 그런지 시내 빌딩과 매연만 보이는 곳에 숙박했습니다.
욕조와 샤워부스가 따로 있는 화장실은 매우 좋았습니다.
휘트니스에 있는 트레드 밀마다 생수통을 둘 필요는 없습니다. 오히려 운동에 방해가 됩니다. 다른 시설들은 좋았습니다.
리셉션에서 직원들이 친절 했습니다.
컨시어지 좋았습니다.
그러나 중국은 중국이었습니다. 2%부족합니다.
