### Peggy's Retreat - Bougainvillea Cottage

Located in the heart of Hobe Sound, Florida and one mile from the beach, this spacious retreat is perfect for your tropical getaway! Nearby are restaurants, a shopping center, and grocery stores. We are a fifteen minute drive from Jupiter or Stuart, and minutes from the beautiful Jupiter Island. We feature state of the art accommodations and a backyard with a beautiful and relaxing setting for your family to enjoy.  
  
This spacious rental is perfect for your tropical getaway. Within convenient reach are restaurants, a shopping center, and grocery stores. We are 1 mile from Hobe Sound Beach! Also a fifteen minute drive from Jupiter or Stuart, and minutes from the beautiful Jupiter Island.   
  
PLEASE NOTE: We currently have a 4 GUEST OVERNIGHT LIMIT on this unit. 2 additional Guests may visit during the daytime only. This policy is strictly enforced and any violations can cause the rental to be cancelled with no refund. Please reach out to us prior to booking if you have any questions regarding this policy. Thank you!  
  
This unit is recently renovated with all new bedroom furniture, updated bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, and special touches throughout. The backyard has been redesigned with new paver brick surfaces, patio furnishings, and tranquil landscape lighting.  
  
The property is a 2 sided duplex, both sides are identical and used for rentals, the West facing side will be your home. It features an air conditioned 1,000 square foot inside living space, private tranquil backyard and spacious parking. Bikes and beach supplies are also included for your stay!  
  
There are 2 private bedrooms 1 King 1 Queen, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom (accessible from the master bedroom), an open kitchen facing the family/dining room, and a separate entry room which also serves as a semi private sleeping area for 2 (using a Queen sleeper sofa). All furniture is high quality with comfortable sleeping surfaces. Plenty of sitting, sleeping, and stretching room for up to 4 people.  
  
Among other amenities, a smart lock for coming and going, a smart TV included in both the living room and master bedroom, to keep everyone entertained, and Wifi to keep everyone connected.  
  
Security and safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior surveillance cameras.  
  
Guests will have full access to their respective side of the duplex. Your home away from home includes the following amenities:

\>Flatscreen TV's (living room and master bedroom)   
\>A fully equipped kitchen   
\>Back patio with BBQ grill

As your host, we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. We will be available for assistance with the property should the need arise, however if all goes well, we don't anticipate any direct interactions with our guests.  
  
In keeping with the tropical theme, nearby attractions include a State Park, fresh and saltwater fishing spots, a lighthouse, multiple beaches, and even a marine life center featuring Loggerhead turtles.  
  
Please NO-Smoking, including the use of vaporizers or e-cigarettes on the property.   
  
Please note, the exterior of this property is protected by 24 hour recorded video surveillance. For guests privacy, we do not utilize interior surveillance of any kind.

#### Terrific Cottage for family of 4

Bougainvillea Cottage was perfect for our son’s young family: well appointed, modern, very clean and centrally located for the beach and shopping. The cottage features a full kitchen, and Peggy even provided a Porta Crib for the baby.

#### Bougainvillea Cottage Retreat in Paradise

I have stayed at both of Peggy’s Retreat properties numerous times and it is always a pleasure. The properties are clean, well appointed and close to everything to ensure a vacation in paradise. The landscaping is more beautiful with every visit and the hosts are great! Whenever I travel to Jobe Sound, Peggy’s Retreat is always my favorite!!

Fantastic communication from pre-check in to check out. Super clean, incredibly well stock with thoughtful bonus items like detergeant, coffee bar, toiletries, etc! Great outdoor space. The only knock I’ll give is the listing says 7 min to Roger Dean Stadium. It was 26-28\. Otherwise, it was a great choice!

I rented this property for my father and aunt to visit my brother and his family. The property was extremely beautiful, clean and everything that was needed was in the home. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The beds and pillows were insanely comfortable, which is particularly important for my back. Peggy was amazing, she even showed up in the middle of the night when my water stopped working and fixed it immediately! It was very impressive. I would absolutely stay here again. Something to know, though, Vrbo was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They wrongly charged me additional money that they shouldn’t have and then they refused to pay me back for it, getting a hold of somebody from that company is nearly impossible and you will get sent to some call center in India, where the very polite human on the other line barely speaks English. Peggy ended up having to make that right when it was absolutely not her responsibility. Again, 10 to 10 for Peggy, zero out of 10 for Vrbo. For this reason, I will give five stars for Peggy, but if I was giving stars for Vrbo, they would get one.

Peggy’s Bougainvillea property was beautiful. The living spaces were well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of cooking items and dishes for making meals. The bedrooms were comfortable. The garden was a stunning peaceful space. I loved spending time out there. A beautiful place convenient to shopping, dining and the beach.

The cottage was perfect for us. Everything was thought of to make us feel at home and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had everything you need. I would highly recommend this rental.

#### A Great Vacation Retreat

We enjoyed our stay. The Kitchen had all the utensils and tools needed to cook. Grilling and relaxing in the beautiful back yard area was a highlight. We would definitely book again.
