It’s nice hotel but not on 2nd floor. We stayed on 3rd floor our first stay and was great. This stay on 2nd floor there’s too much noise. You can hear every footstep upstairs. All night
Lack of hot water breadkfast was poor i mean no coffee one morning ope dresser knob fell off i stay at hamptons all the time this was up to their standards
My beef my be with Expedia = I did NOT receice My One Key credit of 20.81, I was NOT told by the website that the pet deposit of $50 was non-refundable, AND, I did NOT get the room with 2 queen beds as requested. The staff was not very concerned nor helpful.
I was a little disappointed at the breakfast room. All of the tables were dirty and the attendant was chatting it up with the front desk employee. There were only 2 ppl eating at the time so she had time to clean tables.
Let’s start by saying that I only stay in HH properties when I travel. I never had an issue of bad experience until yesterday.
We tried to check in earlier than 3 pm after being driving for 10 hours to get to HOBBS for my son college journey. The front desk staff “Brenda” welcomed us by saying that no rooms are available before 3pm as policy of checking in.
We had checked in when possible earlier than that plenty times but seems she didn’t care. She said that policy is that! Ok… we went to another hotel got a room so my son could take a shower and refresh before going to college.
Later we got that room at Hampton. Front desk lady was way better than the not compassionate one earlier.
Today I am loading some things in my car at 9 am and went back to get my other things and to my surprise the housekeeper had empty the bed and removed towels!
9 am so I went to “Brenda” who told me
Yesterday that no one checks out before 12 that my room was being clean! She said when housekeepers knock and you don’t respond they assume you checked out!
This staff member is the one who rudely yesterday said the opposite!
Absolutely unacceptable!

Who has a hotel like Hampton with NO POOL?
I stayed there to let my grand babies swim to find out they no longer have a pool!
When I checked in I was told once I leave on Wednesday the next morning to let the front desk know so the room can be cleaned! I did just that and was told it’s too late to get your room cleaned!! Different person at the front desk but seemed very put out that I asked for the room to be serviced! Upon returning hours later I stopped to see if the room had been cleaned for her to say I left them a message not sure if it was cleaned or not!!!! The room was cleaned when I arrived at the room! The next morning asked if I could get a late checkout and was told No you cannot!!! Your room is one of 40 that needs to be cleaned for that group arriving! I paid 159 per night for 2 nights and the lack of help and customer service is beyond me! I will from now on give my money to another hotel with a pool and that’s more professional!!! Truly could not believe how I was treated!!! Come on Hampton you have always been my go to knowing everything would be good !!! This visit was a total fail on your end !!!!
The hotel and room was clean and very comfortable, 9/10. Waited a 30 minutes to check in, due to no one being at front desk, 1/10. Line of roughly 4 guests. Breakfast was good but I have had better 8/10. Price:8/10. Overall: 8/10
Had to wait two hours for check-in due to other guests checking out late and the rooms not being ready. Once we got our room it was a comfortable stay.

My room was missing the hairdryer. I ask the front desk lady, she said someone took it and there was none available in the entire building. She didnt apologize for it.

Hobbs Hampton Inn
Your hotel was very nice clean, comfortable and welcoming. Staff was professional, courteous and helpful. All amenities were excellent except for hotel exercise room. The exercise equipment (treadmill, elliptical machines) were broken did not work. I notified front desk staff.
My husband and I have always stayed at this particular hotel and never had any problems but this room which was clean but the mattress was lumpy and sank in the middle it needs to be replaced I did mention it to the attendant about the mattress weather they do something about I don’t know. I think next time will try the Hilton Gardens.
