The lounge also doubles as a comfortable queen sofa bed, so 2 couples can utilise this comfortable home. Despite the peaceful setting, you're only minutes’ drive from the hustle and bustle of Salamanca Market, Hobart’s waterfront, the University of Tasmania, a range of cafés, restaurants, and local shops in the Sandy Bay Strip and South Hobart. You can also choose to walk to the city, which is about 40 minutes, then Uber home. A few essential things to note: although Dynnyrne is a tranquil neighbourhood, this unit is next door to a family home with young kids. Noise free rooms are not guaranteed. Guests can park outside the unit temporarily to unload luggage but will have to park on the street for the duration of your stay due to the resident’s parking next door. Street parking is free all day and night, and perfectly safe in this peaceful neighbourhood.
