Come Home to 'Melvington'. Right on the edge of the Beautiful city of Hobart.
Our homely, welcoming, recently renovated apartment consist of 3 stories. Ground floor you'll walk into a tastefully decorated cosy lounge room and through to a well stocked kitchen/dining area with everything you need to self cater for your whole group.
The spacious master bedroom can be found on the first floor along with a toilet, bathroom, laundry combined. The top floor consists of a single bed on the landing ( Please be aware this is an open room ) and a queen bedroom. All beds are brand new.

loved staying at Dave's place! conveniently positioned walking distance to everything we needed! The cafe across the road was a real treat with fresh croissants made every day would definitely come back for a visit

The location of this apartment is good, it’s reasonably central. The ceiling in the upper bedrooms is low and easy to knock your head when in bed-probably better for children and the upper double bed is sagging. The second level bedroom is great, large in size. Also there is no dishwasher. Accomodation in Hobart is expensive, hard to say if this is value for money

Lovely house in very central location, with everything you need. Very steep steps were a challenge for elderly people, and street car parking was difficult.

The check in was simple and Dave was brilliant in replying quickly. This is a very well appointed and stylish townhouse, ideal for small family (older kids only because of the stairs) or two couples. High quality beds and linen, great position for walking everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped and the heater worked a treat on chilly winter days! Bathroom is lovely and washing machine was a bonus. Will most definitely stay again!

Great location for us. Easy walk to CBD. The property was clean & comfortable. Two LARGE double bedrooms was an added bonus. Dave, the Property Manager, was extremely obliging & helpful in every way. Unfortunately our 11 day stay was cut short due to Coronavirus.

Check in was quick (via email) and Dave was very helpful . There was a basket with snacks, wine and condiments in the fridge/cupboard. We were a few minutes late leaving and Dave was very accommodating. House was clean and very comfortable.
