Another fantastic 2 night stay from my place of choice when in Hobart. The Executive rooms are fantastic. Away from street noise and equipped with a queen and single bed, plus very quiet heat pump. Good ammenities, clean bedding, and clean shower. Check in and check out very friendly as always. Look fwd to staying again.

The property location was very central. It would have been good if checkin could been a later time say 9.30pm. It would be good to know there is upstairs and downstair options as upstair is challenging for some people.

Good place to explore Hobart
For a 3 star hotel it is pretty comfortable. As it is about 1km+ from the centre of Hobart you really do need to have a car.

It is a very good property well priced with excellent friendly and professional staff the apartment was extremely comfortable with all your required amenities. A good location in Sandy Bay within walking distance of Salamanca Markets. Parking right outside your door. Highly recommend

Reception was friendly. Bed and pillows excellent, which are necessary when travelling. Quiet at night. Shower was good, although grout in tiles quite dirty. Hot water tap hammered very loudly in the bathroom sink. Toiletry holders need replacing. Stairs to upper level awkward distance and dangerous. Close walking distance to attractions and plenty of places to eat. A good basic accommodation for the price.

Such a cute complex! The room was really big and had everything you need (including kitchen). The front desk staff was SO friendly & helpful even though she was really busy. AND free parking is a bonus in Hobart

A Gem
Always great to stay here! Walking distance to city, great restaurants nearby, rooms always clean, comfortable and have all the things you need but above all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too hard. Will be back again.

Nice staff. Was a bit concerning that there was a clearly used towel on the back of the bathroom door with food stains. Housekeeping are likely very busy as they had a full house the night we stayed. Walls are thin so we could hear other guests showering at night.

Another great stay at the Bay apartments in the Executive Room. This is always my go to place in Hobart. Professional friendly check in /check out. Easy on site parking, immaculate room with heat pump and great amenities. Always a great stay.

Very clean. Loved the kitchenette. Friendly staff on check in and held our bags when we came in early. Walking distance to Salamanca, city centre. Queen bed in our room was hard and the single was softer. Great value for money.

The room was great! Clean, with all the amenities we needed for 7 nights, including a good wifi connection and a small kitchen where we could make our own breakfast. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants plus all that we wanted to see in Hobart.
