This place suit my ideal of seeking relaxation without sacrificing city vibes. ##### Tiffany Stayed 8 nights in Aug 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Yoichi 21 Aug 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities Disliked: Communication オーナーとの連絡が取りにくい。別途Vrboというアプリを入れないとチャットでの連絡取れず。連絡はそのチャットのみ。オーナーとは簡単な英語でのやりとりにてカードキーを1階にて直接受け渡し。オーナーは別の場所からやって来て待ち合わせ。チャットで連絡出来れば返事はすぐに来る。高層マンションが多数立ち並ぶベトナム富裕層向けのレジデンス。各棟の1階にはコンビニ、カフェ、食堂が入っていて生活は全てこの団地内で完結できる。敷地内にプールがあるが、オーナーから渡されるカードでは利用出来ず、事前に指紋登録を行わないとプールに入れないため事実上利用不可能。その他テニスコート、バスケ、バドミントン、バレー、子供向け遊具は自由に入れるため利用可能。団地からどこへ行くにもタクシーだが、新しい道路がまだできていないため、狭い道で渋滞する。グラブでホーチミン市中心部まで20〜24万ドン。 ##### Yoichi Stayed 6 nights in Aug 2024 ---
