Asked for passports then wanted to keep they. Told the room number then said here is your key and that was it. The room is very basic and very clean. The bed mattress is foam and keeps sliding around on the base. It also lets you sink into it over time so that you end up sleeping on the hard base. Lots of guests checking in and out so lots of banging doors, wake up phone calls all through the night. The noise travels through the whole building up the stairwell and the room aren't very soundproof.
