The manager argued with me when I complained, saying I had made a wrong booking. This was all over Christmas and spoiled my arrival. There is also something wrong with the room as I am covered in bites and blotches: there were tiny ants on the floor every day. Hence my rating on cleanliness. It's comfortable enough, and it has all your basic ammenities. But the staff are not very pleasant. They don't greet or say hi. Maybe I wouldn't have noticed but I stayed at another hotel prior to this one and the people there were super friendly. At Hotel Tuan Anh, not so much. You come in to collect your key and they treat you like you're not even there. Street can be noisy, so I booked a delux room without a window as I figured it would be less noisy and it was less noisy without the window.
