Everything is excellent,the only thing I could fault them is the swimming pool area, a bit of mould in the pool and the tiles could do with a pressure cleaning. All in all is a wonderful hotel.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Caravelle Saigon Hotel. With the friendly, warm welcome from the staffs to the cleanliness of the hotel. It was quite an exceptional experience for us.

Staff were lovely and responded very quickly and friendly to all requests. We changed room after check in as our original was very musty and old smelling. Staff member checked our next one before we got there to make sure it was good...which it was. Breakfast and room service both delicious.

Beautiful property in perfect location, walking distance to everywhere in district 1. Staff are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the live music on the rooftop Saigon Saigon Bar each night. The side of building facing pool needs a little refresh (prepare & paint)

I have stayed here in the past. I like this hotel The beds and pillows are Super comfortable. The rooftop terrace needs remodeling. It had a very strong smell of fried fish when we went up there and did not stay for dinner.

Overall, I loved the place. The room was slightly mildew-y at first, but the AC helped with that. The property was beautiful and the food and service were honestly amazing. If possible, upgrade to the executive rooms. The executive lounge has the best food, drinks, and view.

The rooms are a bait and switch based on what is displayed both on expedia and the hotel's own website. Multiple rooms of the "same" class exist, but only one of them actually looks like the pictures. Do not pay for an expensive room here, you will not get it, and what you do get won't be worth what you paid.

I want to say a special thank you to the staff who were so beautiful and helpful. My god daughter was very upset I was leaving and could see her crying. They gave her a teddy bear to calm her down. We Had no hot water in thre shower of unit 2101 for our 2 night stay. While the property has a great location, it's size due to it's age becomes an issue and it's renovation has not been completed to the highest standards. Everything feels tight and you are constantly bumping into others at the morning buffet or your partner in the room. I was particularly surprised the service at the buffet and the 1st floor lounge was poor given their small areas. The pool and spa were dingy areas too. When i explained my hot water issue to the lady at checkout, she didn't really seem to care. We stayed at the Nikko Saigon a week earlier for two nights and didn't have any of these problems except location.

On the whole a good stay
Breakfast time is chaotic and tables very close together. The mechanical AHU noise at the pool was too loud. Shame that there was no bath. That said, the room was very comfortable, well recommended.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. However, this time I wanted to spend time in the gym and the locker and spa facilities but I’ve learned the hard way the locker is closed at 9 pm. I had to go back to my room for the needed shower.

Location is perfect. It is close to all the action. Suite are the way to go. Service is 5 star. The pool is amazing. My son was swimming everyday. Buffet breakfast on ground floor is very good
