The staff were all friendly and greeted you with a smile. Location was okay. Room was clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Some other hotels can be quite stingy with these items. However my air con wasn't blowing cool air. I stayed one night so didn't bother mentioning it. My door lock was jamming so either couldn't lock or unlock. Hotellet har et "søster hotel" med samme navn på den anden side af parken. Det er helt klart noget de lever af. Dette hotel har en noget anden standart fx fik vi et værelse uden vindue - dvs ingen udefra kommende lys overhovedet. Til trods for at vi havde betalt hvad et værelse med balkon (4 gange så dyrt) fik lovning på at blive flyttet dagen efter til et med mod mer betaling. Dagen efter sagde de blot - ups! Det kan vi ikke.
