"Beautiful upscale hotel in the heart of Des Moines! My stay was wonderful. Had a small issue checking in, and the front desk staff was very accommodating- even upgraded my room as a courtesy. Which was unexpected. I was staying in town for a photography gig, and a night out to myself. Very clean, and nice! Can’t wait to stay again. You’ll love it here!"
