This is a really great hotel for my needs. The hotel is not particularly elegant or cutting edge but the staff are extremely attentive and helpful, the location is perfect for Rio tourists, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. As an example of their attentiveness, I arrived in the morning and they had told me in advance that an early check-in was not going to be possible given the logistics of that day. When I arrived however they offered me a place to change and offered to text me as soon as the room was available. Then they delivered my bags to the room while I was out walking on the beach. I was visiting on a combination of business and pleasure and found the location extremely convenient for both. I walked to the subway two blocks away and was in Centro in 20 minutes and also accessed mini tourist sites from the hotel including obviously walking on the beach. The room itself had very nice linens on the bed, a very luxurious shower, well functioning climate control, and very good Wifi. One slight quibble was that working space was fairly limited, a very small desk. But I would definitely stay here again. The location, price, and friendly staff make it a top-tier experience.

Amazing very stylish villa very well décoratif and amazing views over Christ the Redeemeer and Rio bay. Great breakfast and extra services avalaible such as a masseur. The only issue we had is that the property is not serviced 24hrs so it was a bit complicated accessing the property or leaving it.

The pool, gym, and full 6th floor were closed during our stay with no pre warning. The only compensation offered was a massage which given the amount we paid for 4 nights I was not very pleased. The rooms were also tiny. However, the staff and breakfast were great.

Most hotel staff were excellent but some let the others down. Hotel has 2 restaurants casual and formal. Both nice and suit the occassion. Copacabana area is dirty, tired and you need to be super careful. We were advised this at check in.
