The property is in a perfect location. The staff are helpful and kind. Alessandro, Lela (Lila?sp?), and Franscesco for the breakfast and dining staff were beyond amazing and friendly. The breakkfast options are great, witha wide-range to choose from, and the new bistro options are delicious. (I highly recommend the gnudi, rich but delightful.) The housekeeping staff are efficient and the hotel has a taxi service they work with for quick service to the train station or airport. Overall, the stay was phenomenal, and we would definitely stay again.

Top Choice for Florence
Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Service was brilliant and the staff are very welcoming. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and comfortable with diptyque toiletries. Would highly recommend - can’t fault it!

The hotel is modern with a unique touch and is located just a short walk from the train station for easy transportation. Staff is nice and the breakfast is worth a try!

The location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Duomo and Cathedral. Although not close, it’s also walkable from the train station as well. Our family suite was wonderful and spacious for our family of four. Diptyque products and a turn down service in the evening was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here.

There aren’t enough good words to describe Number 9. The rooms was clean and well-appointed. Diptyque toiletries were unexpected and had me wishing I hadn’t packed my own. The provided slippers and flip flops were an especially nice touch and came in incredibly handy. Great linens and pillows. Breakfast was fabulous; I especially loved the delicious pastries. Location was great, close to the Mercato and train station. Staff was beyond lovely, friendly, and accommodating.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Florence, just a few minutes walk from the Duomo. It is convenient to just about everything you want to do in the heart of downtown. The front desk staff is absolutely charming and wonderful from the moment you walk in until the moment you check out. We were really impressed how often they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even packing us to go meals that were ready at our very early in the morning check out. Our room was huge, with a wonderful sitting area, a comfortable, large bed, and a cute little balcony terrace. The bathroom, too, was large and well appointed. Wonderful, soaps, and amenities were provided. Our package included breakfast, which was, absolutely delightful. The bar in the main lobby was never crowded, and the bartenders provided wonderful service, whether it was coffee in the morning or a drink at night.
