Was lovely. Clean and the staff were nice. Only issue was the tiny car park, so had to park at the station

Great staff. Hotel key down by how noisy the rooms are. No escape from traffic noise with windows shut, then a very loud whistle when they are closed & there's wind.

It was noisy. I couldn’t get the tv to work. Couldn’t work the lift with room key so ended up using the stairs. Had to wait at least five minutes for a member of staff to help with a query

Good value.
Quick check in and check out. Nice room with all amenities to a good standard and very clean. Friendly staff. Only one lift so had to wait a while when it’s busy. Breakfast is very pricey so didn’t try it

Nice hotel in a good location
Booked a disabled twin room however initially they gave me a double but that was quickly rectifying. Friendly check in and a comfortable room, well located for the centre (10-15 mins walk). Decent breakfast and a nice overall stay.

Great for work visit.
Great location for city centre. Also helpful there was parking on site. Staff were really friendly. Room was perfect for an overnight work trip.

On arrival the glass panel at the front of the hotel was smashed which didn't create the best of confidence in the hotel. On entering the room it was dirty, carpet had not been cleaned the bed was badly made and the bathroom was a mess. There was urine on the toilet seat. Completely unacceptable and would avoid. On informing the hotel we were offered a complementary coffee for our troubles.

Comfortable, basic hotel
A pleasant, comfortable hotel situated conveniently close to the station. The room and bathroom were surprisingly big, the bed comfortable. I couldn't work out the air-conditioning which seemed quite determined that I should bake when I wanted the room much cooler: if I'd been staying more than one night I would have asked for help. The included breakfast was OK - though, extraordinarily, they'd run out of orange juice!
