"Spent 3 nights there and not once did someone check my room or bring me towels. They didn’t even answer the phone when calling about the kids and adults running up and down the hall from 9pm to 11:30pm. The halls smelt like marijuana and at 1:30am 4/11 the fire alarm went off because room 404 thought it would be a great to smoke pot and trigger the fire alarm."

"Their bath tub there’s some orange in the grout not clean properly, cub webs. The bed frame there’s dirt. Looks didn’t vacuum the carpet well. Dusty tv, table and lamps. Staff quite good. And then they let me pay 75US$ when we checked in they said they refund when we check out but they didn’t refund yet till now."

"Close to the airport. The prompt shuttle was easy to schedule. All staff were friendly and helpful."

"Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose. "

"The hotel is run down and not kept very clean. Continental breakfast was not enthusiastic and often left front desk unattended for long periods of time when we needed help. "

"Not bad for the price. The curtains were too narrow to shut all the way so I woke up several times because light was coming in. Also a bit loud but I guess that’s to be expected. "

"Only stayed three nights. The second night, the hot tub had brown water in it and was very smelly. The third night the hot tub was clean but not hot at all. The room the pool was in was freezing cold. Couldn't stay in the pool more than 10 minutes. Staff was kind but not very attentive or concerned."
