It was clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. The pool was clean and quiet. The area was very nice, right by Sea Pines and 1.5miles via walking path to Coligny. Tennis court and swimming pool right outside your back door. Bike trail in front. Great for these activities. Great to find tennis raquetts and balls in closet. Unit is good has everything needed.
