The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24\. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5. 266 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We decided on this location being our 1st adventure just us and the kids. It did not disappoint. Our home away from home was at Atlantis on the 5th floor. We chose a place that allowed plenty of space for a 2,5 and 8 year old to stretch their legs. We were very happy with the room accommodations. The pool area was a short walking distance. We loved the location. It was a quick and easy access to the beach and everywhere else. The beach view from multiple rooms was fantastic. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The internet worked great. We were able to play games and do school work with no problems! Our only suggestion would be a cover for the balcony for use on rainy days and cover for sunny days. The carpets are disgusting. The living room drape looks like it is about to fall off the wall. The living room furniture should all be replaced. Dust in every corner. The front bedroom does not get cool (we went out and bought a fan to try to help.) One of the bathrooms is so small, you can barely turn around in it! ##### Catherine C. It was nice and quiet, good parking, immediate access to the beachfront and proximity to all amenities. We started looking at next year’s availability before we even left. All the beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, washer and dryer was great, and you couldn’t beat the view. The location was centrally located to everything on the island. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was how dirty the carpet in the living area was. I wouldn’t have cared as much if my young grandchildren wouldn’t have been crawling all over it. It had many stains…and not to mention the couch was broken by the previous group who stayed - which we were warned the day of our arrival by Vacasa - but, it was super uncomfortable and we had to stuff pillows under the cushions so we didn’t feel like we were rolling off of it. Vacasa did offer to clean the carpet, which we ended up not doing, as it rained all day they had scheduled it and we had no intentions of leaving the condo with young children while it was raining. Other than those two things, the stay was nice… kitchen updated and plenty of room. ##### Pam C.
