Coligny Shops and restaurants are just down Pope Avenue, only a few minutes away, with 60 shops and restaurants. Hilton Head Island has over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis courts, 250 shops, and more than 200 restaurants. Inside, an open-concept layout welcomes you in. Adorned with charming nautical-themed decorations, spend your time cooking, relaxing, and indulging in family-style meals. Gleaming surfaces, comfortable furnishings, and vibrant pops of blue make this stay truly special. Off the full kitchen, appreciate having access to a separate laundry room. The villa's bedrooms are equally impressive with their plush linens, private TVs, ample natural lighting, and central air-conditioning. We loved the spaciousness of the villa. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the puzzles and games. The pool is close to the villa and was very clean and the perfect temperature. We were there during the 4th of July and had the pool almost to ourselves. We loved Shipyard Plantation and would definitely stay again in this villa. ##### Desiree E. ---
