Parking was close to the elevator and the neighborhood was quiet. You should bring your own beach towels, chairs, etc. Also bring all seasonings if you cook, and paper towels, foil, Saran Wrap, etc. for the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the wonderful shops, restaurants and view of the harbor added to make it a 5 star condo. We hope to go back next year! ##### Nancy B. The unit was nice and clean an had everything one would want. I would recommend it to anyone but it should clearly state in the description that two bedrooms are on the second floor and accessed by a circular staircase. Other then that, you will not be disappointed staying in a very comfortable three bedroom condo. ##### David S. The paint, furnishings, pictures, etc are all old and out of style. The TV in the family room was a current smart TV but the rest were small and old and you could not stream any apps (YouTube TV, Prime Video etc.) While the unit is fully functional, it's just very outdated. ##### Joseph W.
