The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30\. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24\. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It’s somewhat updated, colorful, and clean. The wonderful location is it’s greatest asset. Deck faces beach (view obscured by dunes) with a VERY short walk to get to the water! It has a picnic area, corn hole, and grill directly behind the unit which not everyone else seems to know about. The pool is close enough (less than a 2 minute walk). Parking is ample and the property is clean and well maintained for its age. The condo was nice but could use some updating. We had no washing machine for the week which was a big inconvenience. Taking a star off for this. From the service group it was a known issue but no date for fix or replacement. Could of sand toys, beach volleyball, an old umbrella (that worked fine!) and three old chairs to take to the beach.
