This villa has been upgraded with smooth ceilings, new AC, new doors, fresh flooring, and a spa-like new bathroom. This first floor retreat offers a gated entry & elevators in a complex ideal for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat with unbeatable proximity to the beach and the shops/restaurants of Coligny Plaza. The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026. 1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted on the balcony. 2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property.
