Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' 129 Beachwalk is a gorgeous single-story villa in Shipyard Plantation, a stone's throw from the complex pool and a few minutes' walk to the beach. The brand-new gated deck is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, located through sliding doors off the dining room. Whether you are a golfer, tennis player, or swimmer, the Beachwalk complex is convenient. Located across from the Sonesta Resort hotel in Shipyard Plantation and right next to the path leading to the beach, these villas are just a short walk to the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the many bike trails. As you walk through the front door, you're greeted with an open floor plan with lots of natural light and wood floors throughout. All appliances are brand-new, as is the HVAC system. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a TV, sofa bed, and two chairs. The dining area features seating, and additional barstools are at the kitchen bar. The renovated kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffeemaker. The bedrooms offer TVs, and the primary has a private bathroom with two vanity areas and an impressive tiled walk-in shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note E-bikes are not allowed. However, there are some really terrible smells! The couch smelled like an ashtray and there was a heavy mildew smell in many areas. The washer and dryer both had standing water, there was mold on the blinds and baseboards. The AC did not cool appropriately, it stayed 78-79 in the evenings. The house was super cozy and really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything you wished for and the beds were super comfy. The location to the beach is amazing. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to an absolutely stunning beach. People at the checking were super friendly and we loved being in this beautiful gated community where you can walk, go for bike rides, swim, play golf and do so much more. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to truly relax. And the fact that you have a porch to sit outside and the pool just opposite of the house, is perfect too. Awesome! Thankfully we brought our own disinfectant wipes and spray, we didn’t feel like it was as clean as it should have been. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable but that’s just a personal preference. Check in was not till 4 PM we got there at 7pm they said they were doing extra cleaning due to Covid19\. There was trash on the floor ..to include dog hair..the kitchen had not even been wiped down the stove and the microwave were extremely dirty and greasy ..The back door had fingerprints of a dog for some kind of animal. The bathroom shower had mold and hair the toilet was not even scrubbed. Basically this unit had not even been cleaned I was expecting immaculate service as they thrived about being safe due to COVID-19.... The cabinet and counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms are also great. Our only issue was a musty smell and the smell of cigarette smoke in the home. I’m not sure if the cigarette smell came from another unit but this unit definitely smelled and bothered our sinuses. My husband ended up changing the air filter in the air conditioner, which was black with layers of dust. I also wish that Vacasa was more responsive to emails and phone calls. Before our stay, I tried repeatedly to add extra days to our stay but was unable to get a call back or a return email. Other than those issues, our stay was nice. ##### Tracy M. It’s in the last section of condos in Shipyard Plantation making it an easy walk or bike ride to the beach access point. It’s also right across from the Beachwalk pool. This condo has newer updates in the Master Bath and Kitchen that are both beautiful and functional. The owner added a lot of artwork and color to the condo. The location is perfect, just across from the pool and short walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need and more in the kitchen. It truly feels like home.
