The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30\. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24\. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Upon entry it looked very nice at first glance. However, the floors had not been cleaned, we had to sweep them ourselves. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, it is broken down and not very clean. It also would have been nice to know that the condo next door was being renovated at the time of our stay. Working with the Vacasa team was easy and they are very professional. Condo could use some houseware updates; glassware, pots and pans, toaster. Was disappointed in the Island Club pools. We were there during the second and third week of March; kiddie pool, adult pool, and hot tub were all closed even though day temps were in the mid 70’s. This was the first time we brought all of our kids for a stay. The complex is right on the beach and the unit is an easy walk to both the pool and the beach (which is critical for little ones). Great rental! Would highly recommend the resort. The back porch needs a shade umbrella on the table and the floors were dirty, we had to sweep them. The condo is cute and clean. They provided toiletries and had ample cooking supplies with everything you needed. It would have been nice to have coffee filters. This home was well taken care of and appeared to be recently updated. The home offered everything we needed, our only suggestion would be to provide more essential kitchen items as we cooked most meals at home. The home is easily assessible to the beach and pool.
