It took over a week to get mediocre service. I used the text message communication option and requested cleaning the day I arrived. We texted back and forth for a week. It still wasn't usable when I left. I requested 13 gallon trash bags for the kitchen and was provided with garden size. I asked to receive a call or text before their staff came by as I was on a work trip. While in the middle of a client Zoom meeting there was a loud bang on the door. I called the office 3 times and requested a manager call me, I also emailed the same request and still have not had any response. Who ever is managing this area isn't doing well at all. I've stayed with Vacasa in the past and have not had such terrible customer service. There appears to be no communication between staff and the manager(s) are MIA.
