You'll be located very close to the main entrance of Sea Pines, and just a short bike ride to the Park Plaza Shopping Center, where you can go on a shopping spree with your loved ones. With access to the Sea Pines Beach Club and its beaches, you'll be able to relax in style! The Shops at Coligny are also a short drive away, the quintessential spot for all things wonderful, including several dine-in restaurants and shops. Head back home and walk in through the front door to find your own personal slice of Hilton Head paradise. It's here that you'll be able to make some unforgettable memories with your loved ones. This vacation rental boasts a series of amenities for your convenience, such as an outdoor firepit, a full kitchen equipped with appliances so you can cook up something amazing for everyone, and a patio area. Sit down in the living area and take a much-needed nap. Afterward, look forward to feasting at the dining room table with some cold drinks, then ending the night with a good movie, courtesy of the streaming services available. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No pets are allowed. If pets are brought to the property, guests will be evicted, lose their paid rent money, and be charged an additional fee for pet cleaning of $500. This home is located on a street that is so scenic and exemplary of the beauty of the old south. At first we weren't sure about the location near the entrance to Sea Pines & distance from Harbour Town/South Beach. But it ended up not being a problem, and was actually nice being closer to the grocery store & Coligny Beach. We had very good communication. Vacasa, the management company, does most of its communication via text, which is nice. We ended up getting a text letting us know we could check in a few hours early, which we appreciated. Shortly after we arrived I received a call from the local manager asking if the internet company was still there. When she did her final walk-thru, she noted the internet was not working so had the compancy come out ASAP. She even offered to come over to work with the repair man if needed! She then followed up via text to ensure all was repaired adequately! We appreciated the oils & spices left in the kitchen for our use. It's so nice to have the basics and then some! There was even sesame oil and garlic and onion powder along with salt & pepper, olive oil, & K-cups to get us started. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, cookie sheets, dishes, glassware, toaster, blender, Keurig.They even had red solo cups and wine glasses! The beds, pillows, & couch were comfortable. The towels were adequate & the house clean. There were curtains in the master, which a previous review complained were missing. The only negative were a few chips in the bathtub.
