It was nice to have a condo of this quality available to rent and bring our dog and family. The rental company, Vacasa, is a reality these days. While responsive via text app, they were not as responsive at actually sending someone to address the issue- in our case wasps in the condo, a non working coffee maker and no toaster. You also may be awakened by the housekeeping service on your final day arriving an hour before check out to see if you are still there. Non if this is the fault of the staff mind you, who I am sure have too many properties to maintain and too few staff. Overall a good stay with a few caveat's. ##### Doug H. No major smells/stains. The appliances are all in excellent shape, we appreciated the updated bathrooms, and a full size washer/dryer. The only issue we faced was noisy neighbors above us, being that this is a first floor unit. You can hear stomping/furniture moving, so if you are sensitive to noise I would consider else where.
