This upscale private home in North Forest Beach is spacious and attractive - it was recently renovated (March 2024) and everything has been brought up to date! Discover all new furniture, new bedding, all new paint, and pool furniture. The home boasts two large living areas, one with beautiful decorative tile through the main level and the other with beautiful hardwood floors. A private pool and kiddie pool, an in-home elevator, TVs in every bedroom, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean make this home spectacular! Head upstairs, and you'll find the spacious, second-level living area with ample seating, a decorative fireplace, a large HDTV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, fridge, and wine cooler. It also has access to an upper-level ocean-view balcony with a gas grill. On the main level, the bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, one with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. One of the upstairs bedrooms provides a lovely ocean view, and two have en suite bathrooms. One connects to the adjacent den, which has an upstairs laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW The pool can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. There is room for everyone. Very large home and very well equipped and maintained. Plenty of games for the children and beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen has everything you need from two slow cookers to an air fryer. Two washers And two dryers . I’ve pool and Judy pool and a separate Hot tub. The house sleeps 28 and the A/C works great. Proximity to the beach and to town was great, but be aware that this house is one block away from a major resort, which leaves the beach crowded. We secured our spots early each day! The pool was large enough for us all to socialize, and the hot tub was a bonus. The rooms were spacious and private; the house is huge—we didn’t even use the upstairs living area because downstairs was large enough. The kitchen is well-equipped. The elevator made unloading everything super easy. We parked 8 cars without issue. Two laundry rooms were so helpful! The game room downstairs and all the beach toys provided were great, too. Two new AC systems were installed during our stay (out of 4 total) which solved the heat problem upstairs but not the bedrooms downstairs. In addition, a water drain in the kitchen failed and a plumber was called to repair it. The new owner did a great job redecorating the home and replaced the hot tub which we would have used if temps were not so high. Don’t know if we will use this property in the future. We were a family of 18 with ages from 2 to 77\. The beach was just steps away and the family loved the fact they could come and go to the beach as much as they wanted. I was afraid the pool was too small but I was wrong as many family members were in it at the same time with no complaints. They have been texting each other since we got home about how wonderful a vacation they had and want to do it again. We have been bringing this large family on vacations like this for the past several years and they all agree this was the best. Also walking distance to stores for food,, ice cream and shopping in general. ##### marlene d. Big place but had a couple minor issues. Bottom line, we would stay here again. Recommendations: 1\. Sheets and towels washed in too much bleach. Appreciate the cleanliness, but not the smell. 2\. Nice TV's in all rooms, but remotes impossible to figure out. 3 remotes in each room but no directions. Couldn't watch them. 3\. Refrigerator in kitchen didn't work. Lackluster effort to fix it. Fortunately there is a 2nd one upstairs that worked good, so we did fine. 4\. Cool pool and deck area, but nothing decent to sit on. Feels like it just needs an average set of 6-8 patio chairs and some side tables. Repeat. We would stay here again. Just suggestions and feedback. ##### Nick T. Pool was perfect and kept cleaned. Would be even better had we been given tips on basic supplies required; absolutely nothing for dish cleaning, etc. Also would be better if beach towels were provided.
