It appears the downstairs has been recently upgraded with new cabinetry, appliances, and flooring. The kitchen as well start with good quality pots and pans. There is ample storage for your grocery items for the week as well. There is a super nice screened in porch off the back that we used every day during our September‘s stay. We enjoyed being in Shipyard because it was a close drive to Shelter Cove, Coligny, etc. Check in was easy and we were always able to find a parking spot right in front of the unit. The unit was clean and well-stocked with a nicely renovated kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms were a little more outdated, but still a nice size/ space. We enjoyed quick and easy access to the Sonest Hotel where we had some family staying. We had a little trouble finding the beach access the first day. It was a 15 minute walk with our wagon and beach gear... which maybe would have been quicker without our small children walking. I would recommend this condo! We had a great week! ##### Alex Y.
