A Keurig, a blender, and all the gadgets needed in the kitchen. The minute I walked in the door I could feel the stress of everything start to lift. I felt so welcome. I walked under tall pines for about a block to reach the water and left my footprints and all the world's problems in the wet sand along the waves. The Old Blue Chair Villa is place apart and a time apart -- one of the loveliest vacation spots I have ever been to." Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location and communication with management company. Very nice welcome gift upon arrival. The unit had all of the necessities and plenty of towels and paper products. The air conditioning unit absolutely needs to be replaced. It turned on and off too frequently and the bedrooms never really got that cool. There was a big temperature difference between the main living space and the bedrooms. Renters are told to not touch the thermostat or it may shutdown the unit. Overall, the rental experience was great. The condo is very well equipped and so comfortable. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the Salty Dog. We enjoyed using the South Beach pool which is just next door. We are a family of four and had plenty of space. The twin beds were pretty small but worked well for the kids. The master bedroom was very large and had a nice King bed. Internet worked great and A/C kept the unit cool. The beach access point was less than a 5 minute walk and the pool that you could pay to use was very close as well. The house was fully stocked with all necessary essentials and the check in process was very smooth. We would definitely go back! ##### Chip J.
