Overall a great unit with plenty of ammenties. Mark and his wife really make you feel welcomed. Beach chairs and shelters are provided for your quick walk to the beach. The pool is steps away and is never overly crowded. Bedding was very comfortable and the AC worked like a charm. The management company was receptive and found out for us why the pool was closed the first day we were there. It was opened by the next day. There were only 2 small things that could be an issue for some. There is no bathroom on the first floor. Not a problem for my family, but could be for someone with mobility problems. The second is a lack of counter space in the kitchen. Making breakfast was abit of challenge. That counterspace issue though is offset by the full size washer anf dryer. Back patio is steps away from pool! Quiet yet close to center of Colginy shopping and walk to beach! Caught a couple sunrises too. Reviewer Comments: Great location close to the beach. We had great weather and always have a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The condo is in need of an update. Steps to the beach and heated pool right out the back door. The kitchen is small but has everything one could need. We were able to eat most meals in because of the well appointed kitchen. It had gated entry for security. A short walk to Coligny circle where there were plenty of places to eat and bicycle rentals. Great internet wifi. Great communications on the access. The only issues were the leaf blowers in the mornings around 7:15 and the learning curve on the TV remote controls. The property was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything you could need for a family vacation. We brought our own beach chairs and towels, but we didn’t use them because they were already provided! The property was conveniently located to the Coligny shops and restaurants and the private beach access made going back and forth to the beach for lunch super easy.
