We love the Shipyard community and its proximity to the beach, as well as our favorite restaurants and attractions. I will say there was a minor issue that we had to address with the property management company, but they did what they could to address it and in the end made things right. The unit was very attractive and clean. The interior has a very tasteful coastal vibe and is comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of room for a family of five to relax and hangout. Having 2 and half bathrooms was great. Appreciated the laundry room, stocked kitchen with dishwasher and the provided towels, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Beds were comfortable and there were TVs in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Also, really liked that beach chairs and boogie boards were provided for our use. It's a safe area in a gated community. Because of Tropical Storm Debby weather was not able to use the pool. You will need a code to use tennis court and for entry gate when leaving property on bike path. Would definitely stay there again. ##### Christine S.
